【摘要】:Describesamethodtheprincipleofwhichconsistsindistillinganaqueoussuspensionoftheproductandcollectingthedistillateinagraduatedtubecontainingameasuredvolumeofxylenetofixthevolatileoil.Afterseparationoftheorganicfromtheaqueousphasesthetotalvolumeoftheorganicphaseisreadandthevolatileoilcontentiscalculatedafterdeductionofthevolumeofxylene.Thetestparametersfordifferentspices,condimentsandherbsareindicatedinanannex.
