本标准给出了对移动流媒体业务的基本网络实体——流媒体服务器设备的技术要求，规定了流媒体服务器的业务分类、业务模型、业务功能、业务流程、接口、计费认证、操作维护，以及软件和硬件等相关内容，也规定了移动通信中实现分组交换流媒体业务所具备的协议和编解码器。本标准适用于移动网络流媒体服务器设备，同时适用于提供移动流媒体业务的其他相关设备，如DRM服务器、WAP网关、MMSC等设备。

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsfortheconstruction,safety,classificationandmarkingofnon-domesticgasfiredoverheadradianttubeheatersincorporatingasingleburnersystemunderthecontrolofanautomaticburnercontrolsystem,referredtointhebodyofthetextas'appliances'.ThisstandardisapplicabletoTypeA2,A3,B12,B13,B22,B23,B42,B43,B52,B53,C12,C13,C32andC33appliancesintendedforuseinotherthandomesticdwellings,inwhichthesupplyofcombustionairand/ortheevacuationoftheproductsofcombustionisachievedbymechanicalmeanslocatedupstreamofthedraughtdiverter,ifprovided.Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:a)appliancesdesignedforuseindomesticdwelling;b)outdoorappliances;c)appliancesofheatinputinexcessof120kW(basedonthenetcalorificvalueoftheappropriatereferencetestgas);d)applianceshavingfullypre-mixedgasandairburnersinwhich:1)eitherthegasandallthecombustionairarebroughttogetherjustbeforethelevelofthecombustionzone;or2)thepre-mixingofthegasandallcombustionairiscarriedoutinapartoftheburnerupstreamofthecombustionzone;e)appliancesthataredesignedforcontinuouscondensationwithinthefluesystemundernormaloperatingconditions;f)applianceshavingcombustionproductsevacuationductsthatarenon-metallic.Thisstandardisapplicabletoapplianceswhichareintendedtobetypetested.Italsoincludesrequirementsconcerningtheevaluationofconformity,includingfactoryproductioncontrol,buttheserequirementsonlyapplytoPOCEDsandtheirassociatedterminals.NOTERequirementsforapplianceswhicharenotintendedtobetypetestedwouldneedtobesubjecttofurtherconsideration.RequirementsconcerningtherationaluseofenergyhavenotbeenincludedinthisEuropeanStandard.
