【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsthespecificrequirementsfortheconstructionandtestingoftransportableventilatedrooms(TVR's),suchasskidmountedanalyserhouseswithtypeofprotection'v'intendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Transportableinthissensemeansmanufacturedinonelocation(themanufacturer'spremises)fortradeandtransportationtoanotherlocation(theuser'spremises)forinstallationanduse.ThisEuropeanStandardsupplementsEuropeanStandardEN50014orwhereappropriateEN50021,therequirementsofwhichapplytoelectricalapparatuswithtypeofprotection'v'exceptasmodifiedwithinthisstandard.ThisstandarddoesnotcontaintherequirementsforequipmentgroupII,category1orequipmentgroupI,categoryM1.ThisstandarddoesnotcontaintherequirementsforequipmentgroupI,categoryM2wherethereexistsapotentialsourceofrelease.ThisstandarddoesnotcontaintherequirementsforgroupIIwherethereexistsapotentialhazardfromcombustibledusts.NOTEItisnottheintentionofthisEuropeanStandardtocoverstationaryanalyzerhousesaccordingtoEN61285.ThisEuropeanStandardincludestherequirementsfortheconstructionoftheTVRanditsassociatedcomponentsincluding,theinletandoutletaperturesfortheventilationgassupplyandforthesafetyprovisionsanddevicesnecessaryforthetypeofprotection'v'.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforTVR'swithorwithoutaninternalsourceofreleaseofpotentiallyflammableortoxic,gas,liquidorvapour(forexampleanalyzersplacedwithintheTVR).Duetothesafetyfactorsincorporatedinthetypeofprotection,theuncertaintyofmeasurementinherentingoodquality,regularlycalibratedmeasurementequipmentisconsideredtohavenosignificantdetrimentaleffectandneednotbetakenintoaccountwhenmakingthemeasurementsnecessarytoverifycomplianceoftheapparatuswiththerequirementsofthisstandard.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO11680specifiessafetyrequirements,andtheverificationofthoserequirements,forthedesign,fabricationanduseofportable,hand-held,pole-mountedpoweredpruners,havinganintegralcombustionengineasthepowersourceandusingadriveshafttotransmitpowertocuttingattachments.Thecuttingattachmentscoveredaresawchains,andreciprocatingandcircularsawblades.ThispartofISO11680describesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsarisingfromtheiruse.Inadditionitspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.Itdoesnotcovertheriskofelectricshockfromoverheadelectricpowerlinesduringuseofthepruners,withtheexceptionofwarningsandadviceintendedforinclusionininstructionhandbooks.Atestmethodandsafetyrequirementsaddressingthisriskareyettobedeveloped.ThelistofsignificanthazardswhichrequireactiontoreducetheriskisgiveninannexA.Environmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsidered.ThispartofISO11680appliesprimarilytoprunersmanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.
