【摘要】:ThispartofISO18589specifiesthegeneralrequirementstocarryoutradionuclidestestsonsoilsample,includingsampling.ThispartofISO18589isaddressedtopeopleresponsiblefordeterminingtheradioactivitypresentinsoilsforthepurposeofradiationprotection.Thismayconcernsoilsfromgardensandfarmland,urbanorindustrialsites,aswellassoilnotaffectedbyhumanactivities.ThispartofISO18589isapplicabletoalllaboratoriesregardlessofthenumberofpersonnelortheextentofthescopeoftestingactivities.WhenalaboratorydoesnotundertakeoneormoreoftheactivitiescoveredbythispartofISO18589,suchasplanning,samplingortesting,therequirementsofthoseclausesdonotapply.ThispartofISO18589istobeusedinconjunctionwithotherpartsofISO18589thatoutlinethesettingupofprogrammesandsamplingtechniques,methodsofgeneralprocessingofsamplesinthelaboratoryandalsomethodsformeasuringtheradioactivityinsoil.Itspurposeisthefollowing:—definethemaintermsrelatingtosoils,sampling,radioactivityanditsmeasurement;—describetheoriginsoftheradioactivityinsoils;—definethemainobjectivesofthestudyofradioactivityinsoilsamples;—presenttheprinciplesofstudiesofsoilradioactivity;—identifytheanalyticalandproceduralrequirementswhenmeasuringradioactivityinsoil.ThispartofISO18589isapplicableifradionuclidemeasurementsforthepurposeofradiationprotectionaretobemadeinthefollowingcases:—initialcharacterizationofradioactivityintheenvironment;—routinesurveillanceoftheimpactofnuclearinstallationsoroftheevolutionofthegeneralterritory;—investigationsofaccidentandincidentsituations;—planningandsurveillanceofremedialaction;—decommissioningofinstallationsorclearanceofmaterials.ThispartofISO18589isnotintendedtocoverscientificinvestigationsofsoilradioactivityandthereforedoesnotapplytoaspectsofsuchmeasurements.
