【摘要】:ThisSAERecommendedPracticeestablishesuniformproceduresfortestingelectricbattery-poweredvehicleswhicharecapableofbeingoperatedonpublicandprivateroads.Itistheintentofthisdocumenttoprovidestandardtestswhichwillallowvariousperformancecharacteristicsofelectricvehiclestobecross-comparedonacommonbasisinspecifications,technicalpapers,andengineeringdiscussions.Thetestsconcernattributesofthetotalvehiclesystemratherthanthoseofitssubsystemsandcomponents.Testsofcomponentssuchasbatteriesarethesubjectofseparateprocedures.Theroadtestsspecifiedinthisdocumentarerecommendedforusewheneverpossibleparticularlytoestablishvehicleperformancespecifications.Thedynamometerproceduresareincludedprimarilytofacilitatedevelopmenttesting.Paragraph2.2providesdefinitionsofterminologyusedinthisdocument.Section3specifiestestconditionsandinstrumentationwhicharetobeusedforallthetestsspecifiedinthisdocumentwhileSection4identifiesthedatawhicharetoberecordedforalltests.Thespecifictestscoveredbythisdocumentare:a.accelerationcharacteristicsonalevelroad;b.gradeabilitylimit;c.gradeabilityatspeed;d.deceleration;ande.coastdowntesting.
