【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricappliancesforthecareofskinorhairofpersonsoranimalsandintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Examplesofappliancesthatarewithinthescopeofthisstandardare–curlingcombs;–curlingirons;–curlingrollerswithseparateheaters;–facialsaunas;–hairdryers;–handdryers;–heaterswithdetachablecurlers;–permanent-waveappliances.NOTE102Appliancescoveredbythisstandardmayincorporatesteam-producingorspray-producingdevices.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE103Examplesareappliancesforuseinhairdressingsalons.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;–playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.NOTE104Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE105Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–shavers,hairclippersandsimilarappliances(IEC60335-2-8);–UVandIRradiationappliances(IEC60335-2-27);–saunaheatingappliances(IEC60335-2-53);–appliancesintendedformedicalpurposes(IEC60601).

适用范围
本标准规定用击穿电位检验铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的绝缘性。本标准适用于检验阳极氧化膜的绝缘性能，主要检验下列两种阳极氧化膜：a. 对绝缘性能有一定要求的阳极氧化膜。B.以击穿电位为原则，而制定的阳极氧化工艺所生产的阳极氧化膜。
