【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoswitchgearassembliesforalternatingcurrentofratedvoltagesabove52kVforindoorandoutdoorinstallations,includingtheirsupportingstructurerigidlyconnectedtotheground,anddoesnotcovertheseismicqualificationoflivetankcircuitbreakers.Switchgearassembliesdohavetypicallylowcentersofgravity,e.g.gas-insulatedswitchgear(GIS).Forswitchgearwithhighergravitylevels,e.g.livetankcircuitbreakers,theIEC62271-300isapplicable.Whereswitchgearassembliesarenotground-mounted,e.g.inabuilding,conditionsforapplicationsaresubjecttoagreementbetweenusersandmanufacturers.Theseismicqualificationoftheswitchgearassembliestakesintoaccountanyauxiliaryandcontrolequipmenteitherdirectlymountedorasaseparatestructure.Thisstandardprovidesprocedurestoseismicallyqualifyground-mountedswitchgearassembliesforratedvoltagesabove52kV.Theseismicqualificationoftheswitchgearassembliesisonlyperformeduponrequest.Thisstandardspecifiesseismicseveritylevelsandgivesachoiceofmethodsthatmaybeappliedtodemonstratetheperformanceofhigh-voltageswitchgearassembliesforwhichseismicqualificationisrequired.Thefinalseismicanalysisshallbeperformedbyassumingthattheswitchgearisinstalledonfirmground.
